New Project

Construction of residential attached duplex commencing soon. Building type consists of two double storey attached brick veneer duplex with modern vogue design look & layout at site address 58 & 58B Spurway Street, Ermington 2115 NSW, DA/796/2014.

External Design specifications include to incorporate a high standard modernised look includes slim line roof, two tone coloured bricks with metallic features, commercial grade glazing, timber panel tiles, panel doors, glazed balconies, alfresco entertainment area, coloured driveway,
landscaped lush native fauna.

Internal Design specifications include to incorporate a high quality modern finish to all surfaces includes high spec ceilings, plaster cornices, ducted air condition 3 phase, L.E.D lighting, touch security system, remote doors, polished timber flooring, polished timber stairs, tiled flooring,
bathrooms ceiling height wall tiles, modern fittings chrome/white, durable velvet paint finish to surfaces, kitchen polyurethane finish with high 900mm spec doors with self soft close doors added ceaser stone bench tops added glazed coloured splash backs added stainless European appliances & fittings. Design layout plan incorporates well sized open living area from entry to rear with a spacious designed kitchen including island bench, 3 large sized bathrooms & Ensuite including 3 showers, 3 toilets also 5 comfortably spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes & walking wardrobes.

Environmental design additions include insulation ceilings & walls R3 grade rating, 2000 litre rain water tank, fixtures taps & shower heads 4 star rating, hot water system 6 star rating, low voltage L.E.D lighting, storm water drainage tanks.

The building design & layout was to capture a modern contemporary vogue design as to invite a comfortable feel approach look, with added features to external finishes especially the internal finish look creating a flowing modernised clean design with added high standard bodied finishes to capture the quality of materials used on the building.


Construction commencing late January 2014, completion date late March 2014.

Schedule of works to Development Application consits of construction plus refurbishment to internals and externals of existing shopping Arcade at 203-211 Merrylands Rd, Merrylands.

Works to be carried out on site demolition to existing surfaces as to schedule were new works to external & internal construction include electrical, plumbing, glazing, facade sheeting, tiling, framing, fire rated awnings plus ceilings, flooring, furniture with added architectural feature designs.

On completion the shopping Arcade was renewed with a warm welcoming bright inviting feel as designed to invite the customers to the Arcade as timber and lighting were the main theme as both features incorporate a welcoming feel.

Construction commencing June 2013 – Completion January 2014. Building type consists of two double storey semi detached duplex with contemporary design which includes high ceilings, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open living plan area with added comforts.

On completion both building meet all energy star ratings including water, Gas, Electricity. External building finishes incorporated a two tone brick finish with an added metallic stone finish to one side completing with a lush tropical landscaping design.
